Cannot sync and add one of my Arlo Pro cameras after removing

One of my cameras went off line. Tried syncing , didn't work. I then removed it and tried to add it back. App cannot discover it

If you are using the app, then try adding it with my.arlo.com.

 

If you are using the web interface already, then try using the app.

Don't have a subscription. Couldn't do anything. Is there a way to reconnect the camera back to the base. Camera seems to working ok. Thanks Stephen

This doesn't require the app, so it would be good to try.
