Arlo Pro Offline… help. Fresh battery and factory reset did not resolve.

Hi, we have 5 Pro on our Base station.
On me camera (that we leave off frequently) is offline.
All the other cameras and base stations are fine.
Fresh battery did not resolve. Nor did factory reset, in fact we can’t get it to connect again.
How do we know if the camera is bad? It looks normal and tries to sync.
What other cameras would be compatible with our Pro System?

What do you see when putting a battery in? The LED should blink blue once. How about when trying to sync - it should blink blue slowly then either amber (failed) or blue (success) rapidly. All details help.

The camera acts normal. When we put in the battery it flashes blue. And it tries to sync, the blue light flashes fast as normal when it is trying to connect and when I hit the sync it flashes steady for a long time but the app never finds it.
We rebooted the base as well.
We have had this system for about 4 years.

It may help to remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and start fresh. PITA but it does clear out weird things.
You don't say what base you have so check this link for compatible cameras if you need to replace that one:

We have a VMB4000. Looks like it might have had a bad update or it didn’t take.
thanks for the compatibility link. Ordering one Essentials to fill in, as they don’t make the PRO anymore…… sigh.
if we have more fail will have to regroup.

You will need a subscription to get cloud recording with the Essential.
