Started happening today, when live viewing any one of my 5 cams there is no icon to record as well when I got to devices and select smart hub/base station then storage settings, there is no ability to select anything else. It’s like Arlo is only half working with half a load. What’s happening Arlo?

Have you rebooted the phone and/or reinstalled the app? Have you tried a browser to see if there's a difference? Reboot he base, too.

Same here, I can open up a live view the icons are there but non-functional. Have tried several browsers but on the Android app you can
