Cannot get proper help from Arlo support

Hi there,


I could see my Arlo Pro (VMC4030) camera battery is draining and Arlo support generated RMA (7064367) . I send the camera to the location

Door 7 11-13 Ash Road, Prestons
NSW, 2170, Australia)

by AUSPOST and came to know that it has been delivered. I could see my old case is closed. Then I called Arlo asking them if they have received my camera for repair. Arlo support raise another case and I did not get nay response yet : rather getting some repeated machine generated emails. Now I am worried if the camera is lost! I could see Arlo support is soo bad in response.

Have you tried to contact customer support after the second case was made?  you can provide them with your current RMA or Case number & they will be happy to assist you.

No I am happy with Arlo but not with Arlo customer support representative. Seems they don’t read my reply
