Cannot find Arlo Pro in app

When I connected my Arlo pro with my app, The app indicated that it cannot find any Arlo product. Would you know the reason

WHat have you done so far in following the directions explicitly? For starters, the base has to be connected to the router with the Ethernet cable and power applied. That should give you green power and Internet LEDs with the Camera LED being off or amber.
