Cannot connect one of 4 Arlo's to base station

Cannot connect one of 4 Arlo's to base station. Used to work but now Light continues to blink blue on arlo. Have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the camera but to no avail.

Take the camera, open battery door

got to SETTINGS and for that camera, use REMOVE DEVICE

power button reboot the base

close battery door

Bring back cam as new ...QUICK push on sync button only
