Cannot connect base station

I have had the basic arlo system for about 4yrs had 2 cameras with it. I just bought an upgrade to pro with cane with the base and 2 cameras so that we can have 2 way audio. I have tried to find the base system and keep getting the cant find error and now my original arlo base cannot be found either. I have tried from the app, computer, pushed the reset button on the back and no luck. The computer i have does not have a plugin for direct to my router so that is out. On my iphone i can see both bases as a choice if i go to my wifi setting so i know they are connected to my internet. My dchp is on automatic to get an ip. I dont know what else to do. We are leaving on vacation in a few days hance the upgrade and needing 2 way audio. Thank for any help you can give

First, you don't need another base for 2-way audio. The base has nothing to do with it. Audio relies solely with the Pro cameras.

As for finding the base, we need to clear things up. FOregt the Pro base for the moment. Does your system work right now? If not, what are the LEDs on the base showing? If the system is working, you can't try to claim it again since it's already claimed.
