Cannot connect Base Station

The green lights for power and internet turn on and stay green, but the base station will not sync with the computer/router.  I tried the reset and that didn't work either.

The green Internet LED means there's communication between the base and the servers. What steps have you tried to claim the base? Is the device you're using to set things up on the same network?

Make sure when you try to sync the camera, it is a Quick press on the base sync button, do not hold...a sec or so later press the camera button
