Cannot connect Arlo VMC 3030 camera

I moved and am trying to install my base station and Arlo VMC3030 camera to a different wireless router and cannot get it to connect. I have gone through all the steps countless times and it appears to be doing what the instructions say, but when it gets to the end I have nothing listed as devices on my Arlo account. I've had this camera for a year or more and never had an issue connecting or using it before moving. Any help or suggestions as to what i need to do would greatly be appreciated. I re-booted the base station several times and that didn't do a thing either. We are very frustrated at this point.

If it's an ISP router, you might find the ISP has closed off the required ports for Arlo to work. It requires ports 80, 123, 443 to be open. You possibly need to ring your ISP and have one of their technicians open the port(s) for you
Does the internet light on the base station show green or amber?
