Can you send push notifications to more than one cell phone using Arlo Pro?

Hi there,

 

 

I have just set up my cameras and my girlfriend and I have installed the Arlo App. I created the master account using my Android and girlfriend  (iOS) has been granted access and allowed access rights. I am getting push notifications to my phone while she is not. Is there a way for her to have the same notifications go to her cellphone, or is it just using email?

She should be getting notifications. It may be a one of her phone settings

I would re-set up her phone...

Pushes for shared accounts are all/everyone gets them or none...it's not selectable like the emails

Hi, both primary account and grant account should be receiving Push Notification. Since your girlfriend is using an ios phone, try to cehck the notification for the Arlo app if it is enabled. Also, you may try to uninstall the app and then re-install it back. Once you open the Arlo app, it show a message to enbale the nofication, just enable it.
