Can't view Arlo Pro videos on my mobile phone browser. Help?

All of a sudden I can no longer view Arlo videos in my mobile phone browser. I get a notification that I have to download the video to view it. This has always worked in the past. Would appreciate assistance with this

My phone is a samsung galaxy A5. This is the first time I have encountered this problem . I have rebooted the phone but still have the issue. I have the latest samsung software update from Nov 1 18.

If you're using the app version, try to reinstall the app and see if that helps.

I tried reloading the app to no avail. Still cannot play videos in mobile phone browser. Not only that but now there is no history in my files it is all gone. Any suggestions please?
