Can't sync my arlo pro cameras

When I press the sync button on the base nothing happens.  Nothing lights up at all.  Please help.

You may need to reset the base. Remove the base from Settings, My Devices, if it's there. Press the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base. Try syncing again, pressing the sync button briefly - don't hold it.

try and reboot the bse first...with on-off button, let it come back online
