Can’t recharge and now a waste of time. Don’t buy this rubbish

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

There is no customer service.

 

Cameras don't recharge I  have been on line to for weeks.

 

Delivery has not arrived .

 

Case number is not accepted on line. 00738590 was not answered properly and then closed 

 

 

i have been holding on the phone for an hour .

 

this is all rubbish, voice on your line is very bad. Is this all part of your rubbish service ? 

 

Very bad service and waste of my time and money .

 

why dont you  answer the phone or deal with my issues properly ?

First, most of the answers you get here are not from employees... just users

Ones that work for Arlo are labeled in their names as Moderators

 

As to the batteries, I'll take a shot;

1) you mention the Pro cameras in your selection and most of them go back a number of years.... batteries do wear out and that may be an issue 

2) The Pro cameras REQUIRE the original charger wall unit... this is a qualcom type charger that puts out dual voltage of 5 and 9v.  5v to run and 9v to charge the batteries.  If you use a normal usb charger unit , the batteries will NOT charge.
