Can't "add device" on my phone nor tablet!

I can't see the cameras on my app, neither on my phone nor tablet. It searches for cameras and doesnt find anything.
It used to be fine, and all of the sudden stopped working when "I ran out of tokens"....please help!

After trying everything I could find on Google and the community, I finally had to "reset" my system.  That worked!!  Up and going!

The token message has always just required me to sign back in and then all was fine. Are you doing that?

 

Also, are you the original, primary user or one that was granted access?
