Can't go 'LIVE'. Getting message "a newer version of flash is required"

Get home from work and I cannot put cams 'live' . Getting message a newer version of Flash is required-download here...nothing happens when I click 'here'. Just can't go 'live'

Anybody have an answer?

This along with the (still) lag in recording is T-ing me off after 3 yrs with this system.

Ok..solved it..darn Chrome was the problem not letting it in, not Arlo.
