Can't get base station to connect.  Tried everything suggested online. Even factory resetting the base station. All 3 LED'S are lit.

Any suggestions

If the base station is the VMB4000 with the three LEDs and they all are showing green then the base is likely working ok.

Is the problem that the base station is showing it is offline in the arlo app?

Do you still get motion triggered recordings to the cloud library?

As above, 3 green LEDs means the base is connected and working. Basically, you didn't actually reset it unless you mean you power cycled it. To reset you need to hold the button until the LEDs flash amber as well as to remove all devices from your account so you can start fresh.

Is the base station listed in your my devices list in the app.

As @jguerdat has suggested try doing a factory reset of the base station using a paper clip to operate the reset button at the rear of the unit, hold until the base LEDs begin flashing amber and wait until it reboots. The power and internet LEDs should eventually go green and the camera led remains solid amber to show the base is ready to be claimed again. Before adding again go into the app under my devices settings list and remove the base if listed, then add the base again as new.
