Hi everyone,
I can't seem to reconnect my camera to my base station. I disconnected it and now can't seem to connect it. It won't "find" the camera when I try and link it.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thank you
Cbel

Did you remove it from your account also?
Have you tried adding it from both a PC browser (my.arlo.com) and the mobile app?

Yes, I have tried both from a PC browser and the app to no avail. I've tried troubleshooting and it seems to have charged. I'm not sure if I've removed it from the account. When I open the app, there is no camera, so maybe I have? Do you know how I could then reconnect it?

You must have removed it then.
Your base station likely has a sync button. Another approach is to press the sync button on the base for about 2 seconds and then press the sync button on the top of the camera for about 2 seconds.
If you aren't sure where the sync button on the base is, then let us know what base you have.

Thank you. I tried syncing it. I pushed the sync button on top for two seconds and then on the camera for two seconds. The base station flashed accordingly, but I didn't see any lights appear on the camera to indicate it had/hadn't synced. I'm also unsure if the base station is still linked to the app.

Go into settings, and then "my devices". You should see the base there.
To clarify: the base (and cameras) are linked to your account, not directly to the app.

I've attached a photo. I don't think it is. I've tried adding it, but no luck.

It looks like you are posting the devices screen.
What do you see when you push settings on the bottom right, and then select "my devices"? Is the base there?
