Can't View Live Video On PC

My arlo camera system seems to be working ok except for one thing. 

When im on my pc, i can't view live video. OK on my cell phone. 

On my pc i get a message "Adobe flash player setting. Allow arlo netgear.com to store info on your computer." 

I try to check "allow" but can't check it. 

Anyone know what happened with my live view on my pc?  Oh, it did work ok for a while.

 Many of the new browser updates have been turning off flash as default...so either turn on flash correctly or try another browser like Firefox

It was just pointed out to me that clicking on the "click here" part of the banner whining about Flash will allow a pop-up to allow Flash for the site for the session. I tried this on bothe Chrome and Edge.
