Arlo Pro Is Not Recording

I have just purchased the Arlo Pro VMB4000r3 4 camera system. The 1st camera connected seems to work ok however subsequent camera added won't record when there's motion.  I have tried removing the 3 cameras that don't work, removing the battery for a few minutes then placing the battery back and adding camera. No video in library and no notification when there's motion. Nothing appears in the library and no notification. The setting is set to record on motion. 

 

The motion sensor is 100% and led goes Amber on test.  I don't get notifications either.

 

i have also tried to change the notification settings in mode but they won't save.  I have clicked save, waited a few seconds then gone out.  When going back to setting no changes have save. 

 

Please help.

Hi RMB3,

 

What mode are you using? Have you set any specific rules for these cameras by chance? Also, is the running man logo black or grey in the devices you are having trouble recording with?

I sorted this problem thank you by removing all cameras and hub from my account and then reinstalling them and running the updates as each camera was connected.
