Can not sign in on iPhone 11 "No internet connection' when I have one

I've deleted the app and reinstalled it. restarted the phone and I get the same results. It was working fine until I had to log back in. I made sure The cell data was turned on. There seems to be an update issue.  Need some help!

Have you looked in the app settings to make sure it is allowed to use both cellular and wifi?

Yes, and both are turned on.

FWIW, this isn't happening with my iPhone 12 mini - which is running iOS 15.3.1 and App version 3.5.13.
