Can not connect to the modem or get the net on my Arlo

Hi i brought arlo camras and they were very expensive so had a read up and they looked like they were they best on the market but tell ya what they have coused me nufing but greav and anorings and for the web sites thats as and fining stuff as the camera are i have email so meny time and there response is 0 nw that shows alot but after a month of trying to get in touch with anyboady from arlo i can still not connect to either the modern or get the net even plugd str8 in to my wifi have try eveythink no good if my so call surc Security camera just sit ther with ther to discolored light on so what do i do

Mate i have tryed everything no one has email me or nufing ghis arlo so is so hard to use dosnt long me in and when it dose it taked 5 time dosnt take me to the right links
