Problem with login.
by clicking "enter" the page "refresh" to the same form for the login (in loop).
Cancelled cookies... but the problem persists. Chrome and IE both.
This has for over a week...
I think to ask for the refund.

Ok you need to go into Kaspersky settings - protection - web anti virus - advanced settings - configure trusted URLs and add https://arlo.netgear.com
I had added itunes to my trusted sites but until support got me to do this it wouldn't let me in. I have had this since November and had no problems logging in until 15th March then I couldn't login on any browser both at home and work. My work computer started logging in after a week and it also runs Kaspersky and I haven't had to do this. Hope this helps.

This issue was fix around the weekend... can you try another computer or re-install one of the browsers
I run Chrome and Fire Fox without problems since it was fixed

Several attempts, with Chorme and Explorer and since today does not works.
The system does not allow the login, without any kind of alert message, it refresh only the login form page.

Give Edge a try. It's working fine for me in Edge and IE11. Otherwise, clear your browser cache, delete your cookies, reboot your computer if you haven't done that in a while, and try again.

I had this same problem and I had to allow arlo in my internet security. Do you use kapersky internet security?

I Use Kasperky
I've added the URI https://arlo.netgear.com/#/login to the "trusted zone" in Kaspersky after your seggest...
but nothing as changed both in Chrome and Edge.

Thx Redmoonstar! I have just added https://arlo.netgear.com to the trusted zone of kasperky, rebooted the laptop and now... it works!!!
