Can no longer access video in email after less than 48 hours

So frustrated with this system.  Have had it for about a year now and this is probably the last straw - I realize now it's just a "fake deterrent" system (ie - like those fake security stickers people placed on their windows).  Last Friday night and early Saturday morning (up until 3am) I had some kids running around the house triggering recordings.  Luckily they weren't doing anything crazy other than staying up too late playing games, but the videos that were stored as early as this morning are now ALL GONE.  Right now it's 11pm Friday night, and all recorded videos are gone which is LESS THAN 7 DAYS.  

 

I tried to connect to Arlo support through phone and chat - disconnected from both after waiting 40 mins for a response.  

 

Frustrated as heck!!!!!

Still missing? Is a filter set in the library? The funnel icon at the top should be empty, not filled in. Have you tried both the app and a browser?

Should have said 7 days, not 48 hours, but problem was the same - couldn't view files even though it was less than 7 days.  No filters were applied, I made sure of that.  I saw another post that they subscribed to a paid subscription and the files reappeared.  I did that and it worked, but don't want a paid subscription.  I'll probably cancel after the trial period.
