Can VMA5400C-100EUS be used for battery model A-1?

Hi

As a longtime user of Arlo, some of my equipment has some age. Getting problems loading battery A-1 in a Arlo Pro Model VMC4030. Would like alternative loading possibility.

The Pro / Pro 2 batteries won't fit in the VMA5400C.  The VMA4400 will charge them.

Is the issue charging the battery with the normal indoor charger , or is it something else?
