I recently installed a 3-camera Arlo Pro setup with the base station connected to my R8500 (X8) Nighthawk. I haven't really had issues, other than not having the best signal from the cameras to the base. Is it possible to bypass the base station altogether and connect the cameras directly to my Nighthawk via WPS or the Arlo app? It appears there used to be support for Arlo cameras in router firmware, but it may have been discontinued as a feature. Regardless, if I can just use my router and not have to have a separate base station (and thus network broadcasting), I'd prefer to do that and probably would have better signal performance.. ? Thanks for any help anyone can provide!!
