Can I use an Aftermarket Arlo Pro charger?

I lost my arlo pro charger so I checked out what type of charger should I buy. I attached the info of the charger I bought. Its a charger with 4 standard outputs and one qualcomm. I guess it has all specs right but this is still not charging. Anyone knows why??
Im from portugal so I cant buy an original until friday.

We do not suggest using any aftermarket or 3rd party chargers with Arlo products. Take a look here for more information on what is compatible.

What power adapter can I use to charge my Arlo Pro or Arlo Go batteries?
