I have bad WiFi signal to the front of my house. I saw a bridge device but it shows it’s for arlo lights would this help my camera signal as well.

No. You can try moving the base to maximize signal but you may just need to use a second base for that camera to work well.

I have both an arlo pro and an older Arlo free. Can I use my old arlo free base to extend or make my arlo pro WiFi connection better.

With 2 bases, you can set them in locations for best connectivity with specific cameras. It's the only way to "extend" the Arlo system. All wireless cameras work with all base stations.
