I have a new modem, and my cameras will not sync to it… I also have a base station. I’ve asked the community for help before and they had some great suggestions, but nothing worked! Turns out Arlo will not help me unless I subscribe. The whole reason I bought Arlo in the first place plus my four cameras and doorbell was because you did not have a monthly payment. It’s almost as if it stopped working to make me pay! Does anyone have any other ideas… I’ve tried everything including reconnecting, the base station, syncing it, etc., I now have no security system! Sorry if I sound frustrated 🙂

The easiest thing to do, assuming the cameras were working previously, is to rename the new router's SSID to what it was on the old router and use the same password as before. All devices will work that way with no other effort needed.
Make sure the router is set to use WPA2 (AES) encryption and that the SSID and password have no special characters, including spaces.
