Cameras are all stuck on "getting status" after recent update iPhone X, IOS software. No one else in my household seems to be having this issue (all 4 of us have iPhones using IOS). Cameras are still recording and I am able to see the motion history, but not able to see anything in live view. After a while of waiting while the cameras are on "getting status", it says "cameras offline". I've already tried restarting my phone, signing out and signing back into the app, and I've deleted and re-installed the app, but still having the same issue. Looks like some kind of a bug after the most recent update? I've never had this issue before, only started having it after installed the recent update.

Hi stephxo,
What Arlo iOS app version are you running? And what iOS version are you running on your iPhone X?
Could you also provide a screenshot that shows this error? And is this happening on WiFi and/or cellular data?
