11/29/18 Is the Arlo website down for taking videos? Our system is on, but as of 3:00 this PM and now it is 10:25 pm no videos have been recorded. There should be as cameras are detecting motion. Base station all green - all 3 lights are green . My arlo status show all ok. Try to open up cameras to view, they won't open -get the can't connect message. So, no security system. Please, please inform on the sign in page or when signed into MyArlo when the system is down and anticipated time for it to be up and running, or notify users via email.

Have you tried checking through both the website and Arlo app to see if you are able to see the recordings?
