Cameras not wanting to load after battery change

Everytime I change batteries it takes at least 1hr of my time. You run tests and they get worse. You call Luke you care but when we call back it leave you dont call. If I could we would be in court.
Why dont you fix, repair or replace. That's what good businesses do.
You want us to buy your items but you dont fix problems.
If you fix things and they worked. I would buy more.
I did like Arlo for a little bit.
Now it's like you dont care.
