Cameras not recording VMC4030

Arlo Pro: VMC4030 - 4 cameras and only 1 is recording any motion.

I've checked all the settings and they're all identical to the one that is working. I've tried adding and removing cameras as well as turning the base station on and off but nothing seems to be working.

This may be a case where the nuclear option is needed - remove all devices from your account and start fresh, as if new. Claim the base and then add the cameras. PITA but it almost always works.

Did you confirm that you can make a manual recording while livestreaming each camera?

It appears the basestation is offline. In order to look into this further can you let me know when the basestation is back online?
