Hi

I have changed the contact e-mail on my account and all the notifications ( i.e camera alerts) are sent to this e-mail address, with one exception the monthly invoice which still goes to my old e-mail. This is highly inconvenient and a couple of e-mails to Arlo support have not been replied too.

 

I can see no way of specifically changing the billing  e-mail address for the account . So any ideas of how to do this or who to contact in Arlo to correct the issue?
