I give up. I was away all weekend and had ZERO recordings. I’ve reset everything, changed batteries, moved my base station and every other suggestion on this forum. I’ve “chatted” with support 3x and they pretend this issue isn’t a “known issue” but there are many posts in the community with similar problems. Done with Arlo!

Were you using geofencing mode?

I need help too. Nothing shows up.

Can you provide more details about your issue.
What cameras you have, what mode your base is set for, any troubleshooting steps already tried.
