I have a camera that is constantaly pixelating dragging and freezing. Is this a video compression problem??
I have tried other cameras, settings are at best video quality. I have a month left on my warranty. Is it a known issue or a fault???

Try swapping the camera with a different camera and see if the problem follows the camera or if the new camera does the same thing. If the new camera does the same thing, then the problem is probably weak signal at that camera or interferrence there. Try moving your base station a little closer to the camera if you can. If the problem stays with this camera, contact Customer Support at the green banner near the bottom of this page.
