My cameras all went offline. So far I have removed batteries in the cameras, re-synced the cameras, reset the base station and even removed all devices and added them back to the system. When I access the Arlo App the cameras are providing new status information but will not display video or record. I know the cameras are providing updated data at the outset of accessing the app because the batteries are draining. I am guesssling this is due to trying to connect to the base station. I have talked with others I know with the same system and tel hey have no issues so I’m assuming not a firmware issue.

the issue turned out to be with my ISP’s router. I reset this router and now everything is working. Not sure why though.

cameras are all connected to the base station.  The mode was armed and setup to record on motion only.

I could see the cameras but the error message in the display was that they were unavailable. I thought it odd that I could see the battery status draining while the cameras were like this.

The battery drain wouldn't be an issue as long as you can see the cameras in the app or web client (nothing is noted as offline). Only when the base is turned off or otherwise disconnected from the cameras would the cameras keep trying to connect, depleting the batteries.

What exactly do you see? If abnormal, provide a screenshot. Also, what is your active mode?
