Hello,
Noticed in app cameras appear to be offline. Tried troubleshooting need help. Base station shows two green and one amber light. Tried reset button on camera and base station. Removed battery from camera. Removed power from base station. Restarted internet modem. Deleted camera and when trying to re add app says base station is offline. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Don't push the reset button unless you really mean it. Like any such button, it resets the device to factory condition which requires a fresh setup. If you didn't press it for >10 seconds until the LEDs flashed amber, you lucked out because it didn't actually reset.

However, the amber LED is the telling one. Which one is amber? The Internet one would mean a lack of connection to the servers while the Camera one would mean the base has to be claimed again. If the latter, try claiming it again using Add New Device on the Devices card. Maybe that's all you need to do. If not, remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh.
