After working well for many years, the Arlo app is now showing the cameras and hub as offline, while the hub itself is showing green lights, the cameras detect motion (I get the alerts) and record videos (which show up in the library after a few minutes) so to me it looks like the app itself is not able to connect to the cameras or hub anymore.
My family members who share a connection to the cameras and hub are also experiencing the same problem, though not all at the same time. It has happened over the last 2 weeks, one by one.
Is there a compatibility problem with the latest version of iOS, or has there been a firmware update that is causing this problem?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

I have rebooted the router and the hub. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone.
