This issue HAS been addressed up to maybe a year ago but, I did try the suggestion to be sure the app versions are the same and they are and still am unable to share a camera I just added as an admin with my wife. One camera was older and started having connectivity issues, I bought it with the new system in 2017. Yes, that's right I have been a "customer" since 2017. I replaced the camera with an Arlo Pro which, believe it or not actually still works with my original bas station. I have only one original now and three (3) Pro's and they work with no issues until this latest addition. I can see the camera on my admin account but, am unable to share it. I have been on this roller coaster ride called Arlo since the very beginning. I am hoping this sharing issue is something that has "popped up" again since it was addressed last year.
I am using the latest app version (6.1.0_28879) released on 06/03/2025 and have verified it is also the version on my wife has as well.
On a side note: Does anyone else feel the app is just way to complicated now? One click to adjust or change something has literally turned into what seems like at least 3? Some stuff is buried I feel. I don't necessarily think that is needed, at least for me.
Thanks for any help someone can offer.

Folks, I solved my own issue. Thank you for anyone who was working on a solution. I thought I would just post this to maybe help someone else with the same issue. I was trying to do everything using the app on either my phone or a tablet I own. I did try again yesterday after work by logging into my account on my computer and within just a few minutes, had the camera shared.

There is a lot of confusion here on the "app version" bit.
There are two different user interfaces - one shows "Library", the other instead shows "Feed" and Dashboard".
The app has supported both interfaces for over two years now. Which one you see depends on how Arlo has your account set up in their cloud.
So the app version itself is not relevant. What has to match is the user interface - either both showing "Library", or both showing "Feed" and "Dashboard". So check that on both phones, and report the results here.
