I have these cameras for about a week and now 1 camera says it off line how do get it back online

Try removing the battery for a few seconds and then replacing it. If the LED on the front of the camera blinks blue, wait a minute for it to reconnect. If that doesn't work, power cycle the base station and then see if that reconnects. If that doesn't work, go into the app or web interface and remove the camera from your list of cameras and then sync the camera again as if it was brand new
