Camera says it needs a subscription

We have 5 cameras for a while and now camera # #5 is says we need a subscription. All we did was change the battery and resync the system.

 

Need help.

Sounds like arlo testing the EOL software again.

 

 If you’re feeling frightened you can always purchase a subscription plan.

Hi, I face the same issue addingthe 5th camera it ask me for a subcription, if not the camera will keep inactive.

Is this also a Pro or Pro 2?

 

Or is it a newer model (Pro 3, Pro 4, Pro 5, Ultra, Essential).

Happens to me too. I have Pro. Base did not see camera when I swap out battery. Re-sync and it and it asks for subscription. Message is below.

 

This device is inactive.

A paid subscription is required to activate the device. Subscribe Now

This device is EOL.

A paid subscription....
