Camera says constantly on night vision mode when tons of light is present

Does anyone else have an issue where your cameras stay constantly in night vision mode? My cameras for some reason always show video in night mode even when tons of light is present.

not normal as you know... if possible, first reset the camera by pulling battery. If NG, then I would remove the camera ( remove device ) reboot the base via the power button ( give it 2 mins to come back ) and reinstall the camera as if new.

 

If above is NG, it may just be the camera after all.
