Just bought 6 cameras/systems for my business, and installed.

1.  A camera went off line, tried resyncing and removing and reinserting battery. Can seem to get it go back online.

2.  Another camera, has battery level around 50% , I charge it for hours and still remains around 50%

Any ideas

thanks in advance

1) go to settings...for that camera and use REMOVE DEVICE...  open battery door

Power button reboot the base, let it come back on line

Close battery door,  Re sync the camera as if new

2) open battery door and pull battery , test swap a battery from unit #1 to see if it is battery or camera ( btw must use the original adapter when charging )

If battery is bad in other camera then it may be defective, contact Netgear.

To be clear, this has to be the desktop version of these pages.  The mobile page has no links whatsoever.  I've mentioned it but there's been no updates to that page.
