My arlo pro cameras are not recording at all no saved videos in the cloud the last 2 days since a wifi outage. I have re synced the cameras restarted the base station deleted and re downloaded the app and nothing works

Thanks. I did a hard reset of the battery as well as my internet and router and it worked

Check if you can live stream and make manual recordings to the library.

If so then check the armed mode has been selected, toggle switch to confirm.

If still no joy, check the motion detector is working by using the motion test utility in the camera settings. You may need to pull camera battery for 10sec to reset.
