Camera not recording motion

I have three cameras set up outside. While out of town, one camera stopped recording. It has 47% battery remaining. When I check utilities I see a message that says:

Camera positioning and motion detection test are disabled due to other activities happening from this camera currently.

What does this mean and how do I fix this?

Not sure what happened but try rebooting the base. You may need to reinsert the camera battery, too.
