Camera not charging battery, swapped batteries around between cameras still not charging - no succes

Have 4 Arlo Pro cameras, one is indicating the battery is not charging - all are constantly connected. I've swapped the batteries around but still having the same issue with the same camera. Swapped charger and lead, still no success - any suggestions?
