Camera keeps detecting motion for absolutely nothing but for a little wind or leaf blowing

I have had my Arlo security for well over a year. I was paying for premium service $10 a month the minute I canceled it. My outside cameras are constantly going off for absolutely nothing but a little wind or a leaf blowing in the yard. I am finding this to be a complete waste of money my phone is constantly alerting me every minute all day long all night long over nothing the sensitivity of these is ridiculous
