I recently set up Arlo pro camera as a test to see how it would suit our house. It work great even the sound was good. We then added a 2nd camera which synced perfctly well and sent video to my Iphone. Whilst checking the various options in the app i went to the mode setting and only found 1 camera listed, which is the original one. The second camera is working but i cant arm or disarm it. The original camera also has an alarm button showing in the app, but the second one dosent.

Any suggestions?

Power reboot the base ( off- on )

open then close the battery door of camera

Since it's a Pro camera, you need to actually remove the battery and reinsert.  Opening and closing the door isn't sufficient since the battery isn't disconnected.
