One of my cameras has zero night vision although it’s on night vision mode. It looks completely white. Also my night vision before the first picture was pretty weak. (Pic#2) Please see picture

Remove battery, then replace ( resets camera ) .... Remove the camera ( remove device ) and bring it back as if new... this will rebuild settings in the base

Test in a dark room, you should see the leds slightly glowing red( by the lens )

If NG, then toggle off/on the night vision a few times to see if that effects camera.

If still NG, then contact Arlo for possible warranty issue.

*** BTW, when the pictures look washed out and white, it many times is the IR reflection off of something of a light color near the camera... so temp remove the camera and place it just outside away from objects to test.

The IR illumination is good for about 20ft max which is near the detection range for people anyway.

The illumination decreases quite rapid as you move away from camera.

It's also possible about the issue is moisture on the lens. Had a humid night here last night and 3 cameras had a less than useful set of videos due to this. Doesn't have to be direct rain - it can just be dew/high humidity.
