I have a camera where the casing broke when attached via the articulating screw mount. I contacted support via Live Chat and was told the camera would be replaced. I was also told an email would follow. I waited for several days for an email that finally came. It was a "how do you like our support" type email with a link. I clicked on the link and it sent me to MyNetgear support which said my case had been closed for inactivity. I'm still waiting for the email that tells me when I'm getting my camera replaced. In the meantime I have attempted several support contacts but it seems they are ignoring me until my warranty expires in two weeks.....
